Today I am going to present some difference of rush city life and peaceful town life .I was living in Kolkata from last eight years and always waiting for weekend when I was return back to kharagpur for a peaceful way of life. When I came first in Kolkata happy to see big multi storied buildings, way of living and 24 hours living style. In night also you can move to any part of this city because people were going to club disco as well as office run whole night. In my first job I was working in IBM and my sift timing was 9 O’clock night to 6 O’clock morning in millennium city tower in sector five .Our office was in 14 floor, during break I was came down and sitting in attach garden and move near my office.

That was really great experience for me ,because in our town after 11 there was rarely any shops or people available in main road .After completing my training my sift time was changed to 4 P.M. to 1A.M.

Our cab was leave office premises at 1.30 A.M. in night and after dropping my lady colleague I was reach to my home near 2 or 2.30 A.M. On weekend I was directly catch cab to Howrah and take first medinipur local at 2.30 A.M. There were only some vegetable sellers were catch that train except some other who also worked in night sift and went to there home in south eastern railway section. Train journey was quite interesting dark black outside and bridge there was no living being I can found except some people in train compartment and some railway guard in railway station.

During winter there were hardly two to three people in one coach and chilled wind can destroy every protection but that was also a nice experience. Most of time I was alone in this journey some time my friend also catch train with me. She was from medinipur and returned to her home with me .She was also lived in same locality in Kolkata and working on same company.

I like my home town for many things. From last eight years I was stay in Kolkata. This city also knows as city of joy and third biggest metropolitan city in India. Here people always busy in their work, they don’t have time for others. People from different town and villages from west Bengal and other state came to earn their lively hood.
