Every year i would show you Christmas celebration in our town Kharagpur. This small town had six big churches. Here you can fine catholic as well as Baptist church .Three out of six had 100 years old. At starting when Kharagpur develop by British as main train root connect rest of India with eastern India. On that time father came from Calcutta on every Sunday so there was great problem arises among the British and Anglo Indian people so Churches constructed here in Kharagpur. If we started from Kharida here you found: Ward memorial church, next one was Baptist church and in gole bazaar St. Anthony church and biggest one was Sacred Heart Church and All saint church near SERSA stadium .One new church constructed at Nimpura area All saint church which was new.

Other than church people celebration this festival by organising picnic. The main picnic spots were Kansawati river bank, Railway garden in Kharagpur, Hijali Eco Park and Digha trip.
In Kolkata main celebration in Christmas happened where in Park Street where the comman people mainly gathered in restaurant as well as near about church. From last couple of years I saw the event people from different parts of city gather with their families and at mid night also its look like day time traffic conjunction. Here in every restaurant people gathered for celebration of Christmas.
