kharagpurmylove: January 2016

This year we went to celebrate 67 republic days. This day important because in same date on 1950 we became a republic and our constitution came into existence. This day celebrate in whole India as a national festival. In this day school college, NGO party offices organised Flag hosting Army, paramilitary forces and police organised parade. As in this blog we mainly concentrate on kharagpur. Here main celebration was happened in SERSA stadium and IIT Jnan Ghosh Stadium. In SERSA stadium DRM host the national flag and take the guard of owner from Railway Protection Forces, GRP and Police. On the other hand in IIT Kharagpur main focus was cultural program by School kids and IIT students. Other than these events in Kharagpur town thana, GRP barak, RPF training school and ERF base camp and Air force station of Salua and Kalikunda were main celebration took place.
In this day every college and school organised different cultural program. NCC and Scouts student perform their drill in front of chief guests in town.

In Jnan Ghosh Stadium where Dav School, IIT Kendriya Vidyalaya, Hijali Saint agnes, Andoor School took parts in main events other than these school students of NCC and Scouts also march past.IIT security guards and Paramilitary troop also perform there. In Salua Eastern Frontier Rifle parade ground ERF band, ERF paramilitary forces and West Bengal Police ladies taken part in March past.

In SERSA stadium Railway Protection Forces, Govt. Railway Police, NCC, Scouts troops took part in march past and students from different school performed different events.

Another main event was organised in Traffic ground Kharagpur where different school students and NCC, Scouts people performed.
