In Brahmotsavam different hindu rituals were perform in this temple and many southindian priest from balaji were came for this event .

One more interesting part of this temple was its bhog or Prasad on every Saturday  kheer or puliarum (lemon rice) given.

This temple has its own garden and in every season colors flowers were planted in this temple.Winter or spring is the best time to watch this colourful flower as well as beauty of this temple.

This was not the oldest temple of town.

In kharagpur there was many other temple which were made in 18 and 17th century back.

Partha one of the olest temple in town near to IIT kharagpur built during 1732 .Second was karnagar near to Kharagpur.
