This week I would show you some unseen area from our town. Khragpur start from Inda to nimpura and from prembazar salua to malancha. Most of the municipality area has dense populated but railway colonies mainly development area and near nimpura has less crowded.

There are big road low traffic and also low pollution. Big transport congestion and small road and street are available in 36 para area.It was told that in 36 para there are many small and narrow street .It was not easy for a new pedestrian to cross this area without any local people support. In south side road are big but due to low population and same patterns of railway quarters and bungalows this was also not easy to remember any one’s specific address.
Medinipur the district town and densely populated area .Town has many colleges and school. Only national highway and some small villages were divide kharagpur and medinipur. It was believe that with growing population in few years’ kharagpur and medinipur come close as like side by side locality.

People wake up in early morning, because workshop start from morning 6 A.M., there for all snacks and food stall opened in morning .Except in less crowded places most of the area has south Indian snacks shops available where you can find delicious idaly, attu etc. Other than this Kachori, upma are other main morning snacks available in town. This snacks available in most of the stall till 11 A.M. In day time only there was few restaurants have because most of the people used their home made food in day time. Big restaurant are only few in town. In transportation auto and riskaw was main source to went anywhere .Private car and taxi service also available but few in numbers. Bus service mainly available in MS type road Bus mainly covers Jhargram to Medinipur .

Town has three main cinema hall till 1990 there was six cinema hall but most of them closed when cable and dish tv started. Natraj hall, Milini cinema and Shitla talkies where already closed, Bombay cinema, Aurora cinema and south side hall still run in town. Picture and sound quality are good in all cinema hall but sitting and hygiene are main big issues here so most of the families avoid these hall .Most of the cinema hall has run three show in a day. It was expected that a new world class multiplex will come in town in next few years. Most of the traffic rush available in town in kharida and gole bazar. Kharida railway crossing was main cause for traffic.

Evening time is best time to relax in town when people got relaxed from there hactic day work and enjoy the local addas or enjoy the delicious evening food in town. Cutting chai is most favorite in this time other than this was chat and panipuri or gole gabpa. Panipuri and chaat stall available in every corner of town .Chaat cost only RS.10 in Gole bazar where different variety of chat available and price also vary. Panipuri ,sevpuri, dahi chat, dahi bhalla,samosa chat,bara chat, aluchap, vegetable chap, samosa, pyaji, dosha, uthappam, chinese, momo and rolls are main evening snacks .
